Yup it turns out that even if the total cost for the materials for you job is $500-$1000 and its two 8 or ten hour days work it's at least 10k to do the job! I've been getting quotes for a side job as 10k-12 and for a real job supposedly reputable Home Depot 12-16k for a house that I've priced the materials on at $600 total at Home Depot. I'm not an unreasonable person! I'll pay your company $150 and hour to work on a house. I know you have over head, insurance, office, vehicle , you have to pay the help, but what am I suppose to pay for your gambling addiction? Drug addiction? Your private jet? Like I told the guy that came out to my house the other day in a nice new Red Chevy pickup stake bed that lives in Gowanda that told me the previous old man Peter's was cheap and didn't want to fix the whole houses roof at once( This guy has done all the work on this house previously in the last 15 year every square inch has been done by him one section at a time. So why if its 25 year guaranteed shingles or 30 year singles am I having to replace work done in the last 15 years?). Suck my dick fagot, because only fagots get rich from doing nothing. Straight men work for their money. Get off my property fag, get the f' off the property! Also watch out for the pole( I should have let him hit the dam thing but I'm to nice of a guy). Anybody that didn't go on to get a graduate degree and would charge you $1200 an hour to do anything, yet alone roof your house, remodel your house, or do any other work for you is: No good ? Going to hell? Evil?  No, a menace to society! In my Opinion!  In my Opinion to be that cold you have to be a child molester, a rapist, a thief, a lawyer. Any guy that would charge you $1200 and hour would f your wife and daughter behind your back and molest your child and steal anything that is not locked down from you house, your neighbors house and the contactor or employer, employers, or general contractor he works for. This is a problem with an easy credit society everyone wants to get rich off of one job. It's a wonder that so many houses in Gowanda have bad roofs on them at $1200 an hour people aren't going to have the roof done until Niagara falls is pouring into the house! I watch flip this house all the time and have seen every episode more than once and across the country. It doesn't matter if its Boston, NYC, LA, San Antonio, Chalet SC. The price for doing a roof no matter what size it is, even if the old shingles has to be pulled off is $3k-4k. It doesn't matter if it's white guys working on the roof, black guys, Jamaicans, Puerto Ricans or the Illegal Mexicans. The max I have ever seen is $4500! So that must be good money in the roofing industry! I also know that my sisters house cost 9k and that has 10 times the roof area of my place and steeper inclines and is just down the road in N. Collins, and my sister in MD same story 10k for roof and at least 10 times the roof area and she lives in the Highest per capital income one of the riches in the county and also one of the 2 riches Cities in that county paid a staggering 1 million dollars to remodel her house the roof only cost 12k!( these houses are luxury homes not normal size houses) So how can my roof cost 12k-16k?  Simple, it's price fixing! All these roofers are getting together and setting a price for all of WNY that is 3 to 4times the national average! Mo fer's do a honest days work! I will go rent scaffolding, or even a power scaffolding( maybe even buy one) maybe rent a bucket truck because I'm not climbing a ladder at my weight and the buy the most expensive shingles out their, the most expensive underlayment, and take my time and remove all the old shingles, and do the job right! Hell I may even take 2 weeks even though it shouldn't take me alone more than 3 days( I've done bigger roofs before at least 4 times and with a hammer not a air compressor powered thing that does all the work for me and cuts the time in half and difficulty by 90%). I'll know that it was done right and won't leak for at least 50 years, and I'll yell from the roof top! I am a real American!

A couple weeks ago I said I'm tired of the USA getting blamed for deaths or things that we don't do along with what we do especially against civilians and we need to owe up to what we cause and what we don't cause( and pay reparations to civilians if need be), after all we are using GPS guided munitions and we know dam well what we did do or not do! Also, I always argue this on this site even though we lost the war in Vietnam and pulled out, we really won what we set out to do. We won the hearts and minds of the people and it even spread to China and our world is better and the men that died in that war did not die in vain! No matter what we though of that war in the past! What we must not forget and what Hezbollah and Al-Qa’ida and the Islamic radicals have not forgotten is; Indoctrination and winning the hearts and minds of people is number one.

This is why we must close Guantanamo bay( and or treat the Taliban fighters as solders under the Geneva convention). To the rest of the world Guantanamo bay makes us look like Nazis!

This is why the USA must own up to mistakes, this is why we must act with the American values of our fathers and mothers that made this a great country. This is also why we must bombard these countries with the truth much as the voice of America did during the cold war. We should also be homing in threw technology on radio transmissions of the Taliban with homing bombs that track the signals from short wave and destroy the transmitters and user. Also attack their radio towers threw sabotage in foreign countries like Pakistani and actively attack websites that spread the word of radical Islamic hate threw our technological and even hacking those sites. If I can get a cell phone jammer on the internet that will jam everyone's cell phone signal within 150 yards we should be able to jam the signals we don't want going out in Afghanistan or Iraq reporting troop movements and or exploding IED's killing troops!

Our secondary priority should be paying reward money to any group person or person in a foreign country like Pakistan or Afghanistan that can show they have disabled communication and radio towers that broadcast this Islamic fundamentalist hate no matter who owns the equipment government of radicals themselves. We can also reward hackers that live in the USA and abroad for hacking and bringing down those sites in other countries instead of hacking and committing identity theft in the USA. There are people out their with talent that can be redirected from doing damage here to our financial system to doing damage in those countries all they need is some reward!

  I'll give you an example my brother who lost his job at a parts manufacture who shipped the jobs off to China! He has been with his girlfriend for  over 8 years now but is receiving unemployment benefits right know when down to get food stamps and Medicaid. It turns out that the Cattaraugus county and the state and probably federal government screw the man over. First they consider them as a couple for food stamps even though technically they could apply separately because she wont eat anything that wasn't in fashion in the 1980' as their apartment has this distinct time period in it also. She also wont eat onions, the same spaghetti sauce and will only eat ball park franks (Ug!)  So most days my brothers down at my apartment eating what I buy and he cooks all her meals the way she likes they i.e.: 1980's style( probably the best time period of her life). While I like my food from all time periods. But on the other hand when it comes to Medicaid and the doctor bills that the Medicaid program pays and the dentist trips, although my brother spends half his income on his woman. The government qualify her for all the benefits of Medicaid after they consider the money my brother gives her and the living expenses he pays of hers and they make payments to doctors for her, but tell him he's not eligible( Shit out of luck you straight white man!). I say the US government must demand that in return for Hummer the Chinese government be required to give GM open markets in China for imports and building cars without a 50/50 Chinese partner and no tariffs (10% partner maybe alright to live with, actually GM should hold 10% of Hummer in America and this company 10% of GM's Chinese Division). Then GM would have access to the 3 Billion people who want to drive a black Buick like Chairman Mo Sa Tong drove and the Chinese would have access to our market for their future auto products. My only question is: Is China going to charge our military 1 million dollars a Hummer after they buy this company? And are they going to booby trap them like they did with the Cisco( either real or counterfeit product) Routers that reported all our military and government secrets and info back to China every day? The other day it was disclosed that Niagara Falls NY lost a 1 one billion dollar factory project that would have created 500 jobs in the Buffalo Niagara Falls metro and while I think Niagara Falls NY should focus on the tourist business, because the Niagara Falls Canada economy generate something like a billions dollars a year profit?  If they are not going to do the obvious and want to rebuild the industrial and chemical cess pool on the American side across from the Sky Scrapers on the Canadian side Niagara Falls NY USA missed a golden opportunity.

 It's one they should not have missed if you take into account Newton's laws of thermodynamics. ( That of the conversion of energy into heat loss). I saw a program on TV the other day and they stated that 85% of the hydro power generated on the Canadian side goes to the Toronto area and that 85% of the hydro electric power of the American side goes to NYC. The jest of this though is that while Toronto is located 70 miles away by land route and 50 miles by boat from Niagara Falls the amount of electric energy loss from transmitting and powering the Toronto Metro Area which stretches almost to Niagara falls NY is probably about a 5% loss. But on the NY American side the energy loss for transiting hydro power the 380 miles as the crow fly's or the 500 miles as the NYS thruway runs results in a at least 50% loss of energy by time it gets to NYC and Wall Street and probably more in the summer time.

So it is always 50% more efficient to use the cheap hydro electricity locally!

 This way we wouldn't be losing jobs to Tennessee and a Federal government agency, the TVA Tennessee Valley power Authority.

If you read this site you know nothing makes me madder than child abuse, but on one of my favorite radio shows I saw this and at first I first my blood was boiling after hearing only the audio on Bubba morning show , but then. Bubba this makes for great Radio (BTLS.com), and child services should have investigated this immediately and on face value its sickening.

5-13-2009 Listening to Howard Stern today Howard asked why the big stink about this Miss California? She's just some hot looking chick that only is taken seriously by the guys trying to get in her pants. Does her opinion hold any value?

 Why? It is because it's the science of propaganda!

 It's the way for 1% of the population to dictate their wishes on the other 99% of the population.

They attack every thing said at any media event( also they all take jobs associated with fashion, and media and advertising and pull all the strings in the background, as we can see though they are no longer satisfied with being in the back ground) especially events with national coverage that is contrary to what their position is! That and they try to subliminally program the watcher of TV and these events and your kids threw advertising. Especially threw advertising which appeals to young teens and young children and they've figure that you wont figure out that advertising featuring beautiful woman will someday lead to your child being a homosexual, or condoning homo sexual views.

 It's actually the ultimate irony! You or your child watches commercials and programs that focus on woman's breast and asses and they cut focus from a zoom from that woman's body part to a man or man parts anchoring that image with the sexual arousal  from the woman.

The other part of the coin is reinforce negatively any position that opposes theirs on national TV or media!

Either the TV watcher will get tired of hearing about it and all the negativity and stress and anxiety and the commotion and figure why oppose it if its ends up in a hassle and stress every time. Just let it end and maybe they will go away. Go away I don't want to hear it any more. So every opinion and view that opposes Homos is perceived as anxiety and not worth arguing over.( Negative reinforcement)

 But the Homos them selves are associated with woman's breast and ass and beauty and sexual pleasure of the hot models if your are a male or even female when programmed from a very young age. (positive reinforcement)

I was listening to Howard Stern today and they where talking about Donald Trump supposed to be making a decision about keeping or getting rid of the Miss California because of her opinion of Homo sexual marriages. I really think she has a cause of action if they let her go. Its not like she brought up the topic! If they didn't want her opinion or answer they shouldn't have let the Homo judge bring up the question on national TV. Especially since most peoples answers are based on their religious beliefs. They should have much like the government should, keep out of the homo sexual marriage debate! Then I remembered a show the Nazis and the Occult Conspiracy I was watching 2 days ago on Hitler and his rise to power and his use of occult. Hitler had to make himself  the messiah of the German people and the way he did that was to convince people that he was normal and everything he said was normal and  to eliminate every one who didn't say Hil Hitler! So if you where asked the question do you believe that Hitler is the messiah and you said no you where ostracized!

Then you where killed for having a different opinion( actually a Homo from Hitler's SA storm troopers  would kill you until Hitler had them all killed in one night). It seems to me now a days if you disagree with the Homos and don't think its natural or support their views you are automatically ostracized or accused of being hateful or anti-American. The only question is. Are we going to let a Homo's and their agenda cause another world war? Will History repeat its self?

I am tried of the Taliban and others accusing us of killing civilians by air strike when we know dam well if we did it or not. Jadams strike a set GPS coordinate or really close to that coordinate!  If the USA is  accused of killing people by air strike and it doesn't jeopardize troops on the ground gather all the information for any strikes in a hundred mile radius of any deaths they are trying to accuse the USA of.  Forward the information to the international Red cross or some independent international body!  If it turns out we did do it, apologize and pay death benefits of no more than a member of our military's family would receive for the death of an American military service personal to the survivors families if they have no ties to the Taliban or our enemies in the region! If the do have ties tough luck!( That way they will know not to support the Taliban in life).

5-08-2009 I was listing to Howard Stern a couple days ago and he was commenting about Kim Kardashian's ass being big and flabby and ugly and couldn't understand how any man could like it.

 I agree with Howard her ass looks like my ass, a big flabby man ass( her sister Kourtney Kardashian is incredible thought, my opinion, I actually lust for her), but I am guessing that the reason blacks  and some white guys like  man ass on woman such as Kim Kardashian now a days is they've been man ass anchored the last fifteen years by commercials cutting from woman's ass and breast to man ass.

Just like I complained about below.

 These men have been programmed and willingly accepted that programming to like man ass on woman now and these guys most probably like man ass on men too because unlike my brain  ( I thought a homo was someone with cerebral palsy until I was 21 years of age, I had no idea and ignorance was bliss), my brain that doesn't like man ass and filtered the anchoring out when repeatedly exposed to these commercials over the years because my brain is a heterosexual straight mans brain. But the young kids and teens of today accept the homo anchoring and mind  programming on TV because they are taught that homosexuality is acceptable, or they repeatedly beat off imagining man ass on woman and or men and just walk around pretending they don't like man ass on men until they see my super man ass and feel the need to profess their love for me to me because of my super man ass that they cant resist. This would explain all the homos hitting on me and aggravating me the last ten years. Lucky for me more woman had the need to profess to me the same love and I helped some of them realize that love. They were probably programmed in addition to being woman and wanting me naturally also because of some TV commercials too. Luckily I could use those woman's professing of love for me to forget all the homo advances towards me!  If I really needed some solitude I just went  up to Canada and got 20 or 30 lap dances from woman stripers in a night and my bliss at those strip clubs is almost the same as when I thought homos where people with cerebral palsy. Even though I didn't talk to Hanes they pulled their commercial that did the same thing to straight men. Then the Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll stopped zooming from woman breast to homo after I wrote to them on their fan site! Finally Miss USA  and Donald Trump stopped that practice after they had the queer eye guy on that year and they where doing it during that particular year and I informed them of the trick. So if I where you I would buy the product from all these upstanding companies that moved with lightning speed after I let them in on the joke! (cont)...

I will also say that Victoria's Secret, the Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll and Miss USA didn't go nuts and cut all ties with Homo's. They are still having them participate in the shows, even though I think it has screwed the pooch for them putting trust in them acting normal and they keep being a determent to these companies. The H1N1  flu virus killing people now has  been identified as a new virus!

 It's a flu who's genes come from almost equal parts human, avian (bird), swine (pig) variety flu's.

How does a naturally occurring Virus get equal parts of 3 different type flu's naturally?

The obvious answer is it doesn't!

[I take it back. I was just watching TV news and they where showing a butcher shop in a market bazaar in Mexico city. There is no water! The butcher guts and butchers, beef , chicken and pork without ever cleaning the blade and if he can't wash his hands between shits, or coughing. If this goes on for every piece of meat butchered the chances of getting a mutated strain of flu is probably the opposite of the numbers above its probably a googolplex to 1 that it will happen once an hour.]

Talk about psychotic! A School principal in Phoenix Arizona has banned touch tag because the kids get to many scrapes, bumps and bruises, further she instituted a ban on kids touching in school. This is the most neurotic, unhealthy thing I have ever heard.
